Airbnb bookings:
For bookings made through Airbnb, booking terms and conditions are in accordance with those listed on the Airbnb site. Airbnb bookings may be cancelled without penalty up to three days prior to arrival.
Direct bookings:
For bookings made directly with Natai Garden Retreat, bookings up to one week in duration may be cancelled up to three days prior to arrival without penalty.
Bookings for 8-14 days may be cancelled up to one week prior to arrival without penalty.
Bookings for 15-28 days may be cancelled up to two weeks prior to arrival without penalty.
Bookings for more than 28 days may be cancelled up to three weeks prior to arrival without penalty.
Deposits:
Deposits for direct bookings may be made via bank transfer, PayPal or Prompt Pay. Bookings are not confirmed until deposits have been received.
For bookings up to one week, a deposit representing the cost of one night’s accommodation is required.
For bookings 8-14 days, a deposit representing the cost of two nights’ accommodation is required.
For bookings 15-28 days, a deposit representing the cost of three nights’ accommodation is required.
For bookings over 28 days, a deposit representing the cost of four nights’ accommodation is required.
Cancellation penalties:
Cancellations made outside of the cancellation periods noted above are subject to a penalty of one night’s accommodation for bookings up to one week, two nights’ accommodation for bookings 8-14 days and three nights’ accommodation for bookings of 15 or more days.
Cancellation penalties will be deducted from the deposits paid and any balance refunded to the booking party less any transfer fees or exchange rate variations.
